The programme is for executives, managers and experts - who want to make sure they work with the latest in management and leadership tools. Ideally with a minimum of three years of work experience and at least one year of leadership experience. High proficiency in English and at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is also required.

You can register for individual modules that align with your current development needs. It’s a flexible way to focus on the topics most relevant to you right now—while keeping the door open to complete more modules or the full programme later, if you choose.

Do these modules count towards the Hanken EMBA? Yes.

MBA Highlights on Commercial Competence provides an ideal basis towards studying in the Hanken EMBA programme, as the study days are transferable into the full 2-year Hanken EMBA programme, if this is done within four years.

Can I add coaching as a part of my MBA Highlights programme? Of course.

For a combined learning experience, we warmly recommend combining coaching with your MBA Highlights programme. The focus of coaching is to help you identify your unique strengths and apply them more deliberately in your leadership.
