Anyone who has the opportunity to do an EMBA should do it

The MBA has supported my career development in many ways. Firstly, during the programme, I got clarity in what I wanted to become.

We had this exercise, where we were supposed to choose different kinds of pictures that represent where we want to be in two to five years. I wrote down in 2014, that by 2016 I will become managing director and entrepreneur and I became both!

"So, when you put up a plan of what you want to achieve and you start working towards it, it becomes reality."

I think that anyone who has the possibility actually to do an Executive MBA should do it. It takes a lot of work, but you get a lot from it, so I highly recommend it.

Success is always up to you, so if you are willing to put in the hours, I'm sure it will be a positive experience, at least in the end.
