Emma Nordbäck

Assistant Professor, Hanken School of Economics. Emma Nordbäck has a technical background in user-centred design processes and engineering, as well as a doctoral degree in organizational psychology and management. For ten years, she has been working with numerous companies to study leadership and team dynamics in virtual teams, which use technology in cooperation to undo the effects of time, space and cultural differences.

Ville Ojanen

Lead Psychologist & Serial Entrepreneur. Ville Ojanen is a psychologist and award-winning speaker with a doctorate degree in brain research. Ville combines an exceptionally broad and in-depth understanding of behavioural and neuroscience with practical experience as a developer of individuals, teams and communities. He is a top expert in brain research, whose performance evokes emotions and thoughts.

Mervi Airaksinen

Managing Director, Microsoft Finland. CEO and Board Professional Mervi Airaksinen has an extensive background in the ICT industry and leading companies in their growth path, as well as a passion for the possibilities for how technology can make a positive impact on our daily lives. She is a big believer in life-long learning and makes that real by serving on education-related boards like Vaasa University.

Marcus Reijonen

HR professional, coach, developer and mentor. 20+ of experience in HR, organization development and various business roles. Strong drive to bring simplicity, clarity, accountability and true collaboration to organisations. Currently heading HR for one of the largest real estate asset management companies in Finland.

Riikka Gassen

Modern Workplace Architect, Microsoft Finland. Riikka works at Microsoft as a modern workplace consultant. Riikka's debut book on leading digital workplace will be published in August 2022.

Pernilla Gripenberg

Event moderator. Ph.D., Program Director, Coach and experienced facilitator and designer of leadership development journeys. Pernilla has a long term interest in how the social and technical interact in the work and leadership context.
