IIdeally, participants have a minimum of three years of work experience and at least one year of experience in a leadership, managerial, or expert role. FAQ about MBA Highlights

Are the modules held in person? Yes.

We will meet in the Hanken EMBA room, at Arkadiankatu 22, Helsinki.

Do these modules count towards the Hanken EMBA? Yes.

MBA Highlights on Strategic Leadership provides an ideal basis towards studying in the Hanken EMBA programme, as the study days are transferable into the full 2-year Hanken EMBA programme, if this is done within four years. Completion of 5 modules equals 7 ECTS credits.

Do the modules involve work outside of the in-person sessions? Yes.

To be eligible for ECTS credits, you must complete the pre- and post-module assignments.

Can I register for individual modules? Absolutely.

If you're only interested in specific modules, you're welcome to register for only those.

The price for individual modules is 1500 €

Can I add coaching as a part of my MBA Highlights programme? Of course.

Coaching is a solution-oriented development process with a clear goal. The focus in coaching is on identifying and utilising your individual strengths and bringing out your full potential.

For a combined learning experience, we warmly recommend combining coaching with your MBA Highlights programme.
