The EMBA Highlights programme supports leaders to sharpen their strategic thinking, leadership skills, and ability to shape markets in a rapidly changing business world. Participants gain a deep understanding of what it means to lead strategically, learning how to adapt their leadership style to different situations and strengthen their own capabilities. It also focuses on the practical side of leadership—helping leaders connect strategy with execution by recognising industry shifts and leveraging innovative business models.
Designed for experienced leaders ready to apply the latest tools
The programme is for executives, managers and experts - who want to make sure they work with the latest in management and leadership tools. Ideally with a minimum of three years of work experience and at least one year of leadership experience. High proficiency in English and at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is also required.

FAQ about EMBA Highlights
EMBA Highlights operates on a rolling basis and is organised annually, granting you the freedom to choose your ideal starting point for the programme. Simply choose a suitable module and join the programme from that point onward.
EMBA Highlights provides an ideal basis towards studying in the Hanken EMBA programme, as the study days are transferable into the full 2-year Hanken EMBA programme, if this is done within four years. Completion of 10 modules equals 14 ECTS credits.
We will meet in the Hanken EMBA room, at Arkadiankatu 22, Helsinki.
To be eligible for ECTS credits, you must complete the pre- and post-module assignments.
If you're only interested in specific modules, you're welcome to register for only those.
The price for individual modules is 1500 €
Coaching is a solution-oriented development process with a clear goal. The focus in coaching is on identifying and utilising your individual strengths and bringing out your full potential.
For a combined learning experience, we warmly recommend combining coaching with your MBA Highlights programme.
