We are one - HRM Partners officially a part of Hanken & SSE Executive Education

The 1 January 2021 marks a new chapter to the journey of Hanken & SSE Executive Education as HRM Partners joins our family.

Ongoing activities will continue as before but now with an even stronger foundation to support our customers in developing strategic capabilities and advancing leaders to the next level by combining academic insight and practice. Our high-quality and large variety of services and international programmes which connect the latest and most relevant knowledge around the globe in leadership, strategic renewal and professional growth will continue in Finnish, English, and Swedish language as before.

What’s new?

The international network of Hanken and Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) enables us to inspire our customers with the latest research and methods for sustainable growth and renewal both on an organisational and individual level. What is new is that the new addition will complement and strengthen our capabilities and the offering with leading HR experts and business coaches.

We aim to be the best partner to support our customers in defining strategic capabilities, to perform actionable change and development programmes and to ensure their impact and implementation by supporting leaders in the global and unpredictable business environment. Our leading career coaching and HRM Partners outplacement solutions ensure a responsible and good employer image and personal career path development sustainably throughout their lifecycle.

What changes?

The current CEO of HRM partners, Paula Kilpinen, will pursue new opportunities outside of the company. “We want to thank Paula for the excellent results as well as for her professional and inspiring leadership, that has motivated the team to exceed themselves. She has also had a key role in leading the integration with Hanken & SSE Executive Education”, states Staffan Kurtén, co-founder and board member of HRM Partners. “I am happy to announce that she will continue as faculty in selected executive programmes”, says Marc Hinnenberg, CEO of Hanken & SSE Executive Education.

Hanken & SSE Executive Education will be organised in four different growth areas; Customised solutions led by Mari Tasanto D.Sc. (Admin.), Degree programmes led by Henrich Nyman Ph.D. (Econ.), Learning solutions led by Kaisa Uurtamo M.Sc. (Econ.) and Career lifecycle solutions led by Päivi Erkkilä M.Psych.

Your contact person at HRM Partners and Hanken & SSE Executive Education remains the same but behind a new email address. From 1 January 2021, all our email addresses are of the format firstname.lastname@hankensse.fi.

HRM Partners Oy merges with Hanken & SSE Executive Education AB on 31.12.2020. HRM Partners will remain a strong brand in the Hanken & SSE family, among Hanken Executive MBA and other exciting solutions.

All HRM Partners ongoing coaching and programmes will continue as before.

Our contractual relationship will continue as before, and this will not require any action from you.
