She has worked as head of HR and as head of Talent management in Bayer, KONE, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems and IBM. Experience in talent management, cultural changes, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and change processes.

President and CEO at Destia. DI, eMBA. Tero has a long background in construction and infrastructure services. Before Destia Tero held a position of debuty CEO and EVP at YIT. He is currently deputy chair of board to the National Emergency Supply Agency and board member of Ilmarinen. Previously he has also been board member of EK, RT, Etera. Tero has extensive experience in business leadership, customer driven approach to infrastructure management, building value-based and engaging organizational and leadership culture.
