Hanken & SSE and EK: Strategic Renewal

Hanken & SSE and EK: Strategic Renewal

How to secure your future competitive advantage?

The expanding global markets and pace of change put increasingly intense pressure on organisations to renew. Planning to succeed in the future requires organisations to define what capabilities and competencies they will need and actively lead and develop them.

To understand the most critical capabilities and competencies to be addressed, we conducted a survey with EK on what makes organisations future-prepared.
