The Lead Russia Program is tailored to support increased efficiency and profitability of international companies active in Russia.

The Lead Russia Program is aimed at companies who strive to:

Lead Russia is a leadership program for top level managers, executed in a consortium of 5-8 different non-competing companies.

The program consists of 2 live learning modules and 3 virtual learning modules. It is structured over 5 months with 2 months between live modules.

The language used is Russian with an option of English.

Peter Zashev

Peter Zashev is a Program Director at Hanken & SSE Executive Education and an Adjunct Professor at the Saint Petersburg State University in Russia.

Peter has more than 15 years of experience in executive education as a trainer and program director. Peter also has considerable experience as an international consultant working on projects for the private  (international business strategy and marketing) and the public sector (international projects with UNCTAD, the EU and GIZ). Peter’s interests and areas of expertise include international business & entrepreneurship, emerging markets, leadership, change management, business and cross-cultural communications.

His cross-cultural skills are enhanced by the fact that Peter was born in Bulgaria, lived and has business interests in Russia, works in Finland and lives in Estonia. Peter speaks Bulgarian, English, Finnish and Russian.

Yuri Romanenkov

Yuri Romanenkov is the Executive Vice President of Development and a Business Administration faculty member at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Yuri’s teaching experience includes a role as the Course Director for Strategy at SSE Riga that he held since 2015 and, prior to that, teaching undergraduate micro- and macroeconomics with Prof. NG Mankiw at Harvard University in 2013-14.

Prior to joining SSE Riga, Yuri has worked as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in the firm’s London office serving clients around Europe and North America on a range of executive topics. Yuri holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and BSc in Economics & Business from SSE Riga.

Vladislav Talkach

Is a program director and a business trainer at one of the most prestigious business schools in Belarus – IPM Business School. His area of expertise is business controlling, finance and business strategy. Vladislav has a Master’s degree from the Controller Akademie in Germany and further qualifications from International Group of Controlling in Switzerland and IFL Entrepreneur at Stockholm School of Economics. He also has considerable practical experience as a financial consultant for Belarusian and international companies such as Kapsch Telematic Services, Volkswagen, Верес, Armtek, AsstrA, BSATrans and so on.

Alexey Semencov

Alexey Semencov is business trainer and also Commercial Director of the subsidiary of Envidatec GmbH (Germany). Alexey has been several times nominated as ”best trainer” in Ural region. His area of expertise is sales strategy and sales techniques, optimization of business processes and sales. Alexey holds a degree from the Europa-Universitaet Viadrina (Gremany). In 2014 he published his book ”Strengthening your sales unit” (Good business publishing house), in 2016 ”UPGRADE of sales department”, in 2018 ”Managing business process in a ”human” way”. Alexey speaks Russian , German and English and lives in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
