Controller Performance Program

A shift has occurred in the roles and tasks of controllers. Controllers today have complex responsibilities that include a broad management perspective. Although many companies face similar issues, there is a lack of forums for high-level competence development and benchmarking. The Controller Performance Program brings together companies in non-competing industries, who together with Hanken & SSE design a program to meet the specific needs of their controllers. The aim of the program is to widen the participants’ understanding of business management and support their further professional development beyond the accounting specialist role. CPP2012, the sixth round of the program starts in April 2012.

Participants in the CPP2007–2011 include:

ABB, Altia, Amer Sports, Are, Atria, Dynea, Eckerö, Evli, Fiskars, Fonecta, Kone, Lindström, Metso, Neste Oil, Nokia, Orion, Paroc, Pohjola Bank, Rapala, Stora Enso, Tamro, Yara Suomi, YIT Rakennus, Veho and Wärtsilä.
