Our goal since starting up in 2005 has been to deliver high quality service in every aspect of our business. We want to make sure our customers, participants and resources can concentrate on their core tasks at hand, and we will provide them with the context were they can shine. We deliver much more than just the basics; our customers are entitled to the little extra twist that makes learning so much more efficient and enjoyable. We also appreciate having demanding customers who challenge us on what we do, as this makes us constantly develop our services and learn new things.

 

For our customers and the participants of our programs this means different things:

As our customer you yourself choose how much you want to be involved in the planning process of a program. After we have learned the strategic needs of your company and made the content outline together, you can rely on the experience of our program staff who knows what it takes to plan and deliver a successful program. We deliver the whole package, from planning the learning process and finding the optimal resources for you program, to reserving conference facilities and choosing menus.

 

As a participant in our programs you are in focus. You are attending our programs because your company believes in you. You are here in order to get new insights, reflect on old behaviors, share your experiences and change your company’s business for the better. So don’t waste your attention and energy on anything else, let us take care of it for you!

As a resource in one of our programs, we want you to concentrate on sharing your expert knowledge with the participants. Our program director will brief you beforehand about our expectations for the program, to make sure you can prepare yourself in the best possible way. All practical matters are handled by our experienced program staff.
