Live Learning

To achieve real results, each program needs to have the right content, by the right experts. But even more important – a process that challenges, enriches, energizes and lifts knowledge to a new level. Therefore we always focus on designing both program content and process.

Executive learning places high demand on the process, approaches and facilitation. We call our approach to this Live Learning. In order to have real business impact, we believe executive education programs need to be as close to the business reality, and day to day work of the participants as possible. We actively strive to blur the line between “program” and “work”, e.g. by working on actual challenges of the companies and participants during the program.
